Location: Remote

Responsibilities: Paid Ads Social Media Marketing Manager

Daily execution of our primary channels and ads: Facebook, video, slideshow, canvas, Youtube ads, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.
Constantly testing new, and innovative ways to drive qualified traffic and sales, and reporting this to the account team and stakeholders
Own paid campaign processes from start to finish, including researching, planning, trafficking, troubleshooting, and optimizing

Responsibilities: Inbound Call Appointment Setter

Manage inbound calls from consumers who are interested in loans while providing excellent customer service
Gather pre-qualify information from customers based on leads and credit inquiry
Provide seamless transfer to Loan Specialist to close loan.
Participate in daily team huddle
Act as a liaison between the borrowers and sales team, if needed
Input new contacts into company CRM
Weekly/daily follow up communications email, phone, with borrowers, if needed

Qualifications

Minimum 1-year hands-on experience managing social/PPC campaigns, executing paid social management and strategy and leading client communication for a variety of enterprise level clients
Experienced Facebook Ad Manager experience
Strong preference for experience within an agency setting
Experience with social community management and reporting and being able to write effectively and grammatically correct within those platforms
Experience with Google Analytics for social attribution
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide actionable insights for all levels of an organization
Possess keen critical thinking and analytical skills
Expert level MS Excel
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to consistently hit deadlines
Proven lifelong learner who stays up to date with paid social trends and best practices
